We only work and represent selected group-friendly hotels in the Washington, DC area. We specialize in booking hotels for tour groups of 10 rooms and up. Since 2003, we have been helping travel professionals like yourself with their group’s accommodation needs in the Washington, DC area. This is a free service to you. In addition, we provide at no charge tour ideas and suggestions. Our model is different from typical Internet reservation/commissionable agents. Our supplier partners compensate us for the work we provide to them.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Choose from a few of our hotel partners listed below. Select the property for which you wish to check rooms availability and fill out the quote form. Once we receive the form, we will reply with the rooms availability and price for your chosen property; usually in less than one hour. In the case that hotel does not have availability for your dates, BGR will suggest an alternative option. All our rates are guaranteed with flexible booking terms and conditions.
