Since 2003, Hospitality Marketing Services (HMS) has successfully built a solid partnership with a number of hotels in the DC area. Today, we are excited to announce that our company is growing, and we are on the lookout for additional hotels to join our partner program.

We are looking for group-friendly hotels in the DC area who can host our groups which range in size from 15 up to 180 rooms per night. Ninety percent of our groups are students, and ten percent are adults and seniors. The ideal properties are the one who offer hot breakfasts with the rates and have plenty of bus parking. The hotel location should be within 35 miles from downtown DC.

By partnering with HMS, you can expect a steady flow of group bookings throughout the year, helping you maximize your occupancy rates. Our valued clients are US tour and travel professionals such as tour operators, travel agencies and group leaders. We are different from typical wholesale booking agents. We actively promote our partner hotels through our marketing channels, including our website, social media platforms, and tour and travel events both domestic and international, to ensure maximum exposure.
