Best Group Rates is the affiliated website for Hospitality Marketing Services (HMS). We are headquartered in Herndon, Virginia, and serve the metropolitan Washington, DC area. We only work and represent selected group-friendly hotels in the Washington, DC area. We specialize in booking hotels for tour groups of 10 rooms and up. Since 2003, we have helped schools, sports teams, and other market segments with their accommodation needs for their trip to Washington, DC. This is a free service to our customers. In addition, we provide at no charge tour ideas and suggestions. Our model is different from typical Internet reservation/commissionable agents. We are compensated by our supplier partners for the work we provide to them.
